Revenue assurance is a set of transversal actions interacting with the processes, information system and the operational activity. Between 5 and 15% of the revenues of telecommunications operators are not correctly billed and are often lost. Revenue assurance must provide operators with the fullest possible recovery of revenues in order to consolidate their profitability.
This course introduces participants to the basics of revenue assurance. Participants learn about the scope and depth of revenue assurance practices.
