The purpose of the “Business Telecommunications” course is to provide the participants with a basic understanding of telecommunication technology, the limitations and the opportunities the technology can bring.

There are no specific prerequisites for this course.

Who Should Attend

The training program is targeted at operators, service providers and telecom regulators. The main target group is product managers and marketing managers within an operator/service provider mainly and internally junior account managers, business solutions managers and product managers. The target group already has a commercial background or academic degrees in marketing or management. The target group for the course does not have any major technical background equivalent to that of a telecom engineer. The course is aimed at staff with a competence gap to be filled within this area.
